Jin, the oldest member of the group, began his military service in December 2022 and J-Hope followed suit in April. Since September, Suga has been fulfilling his mandatory service requirement by working as a social service agent. Since their service began, the remaining members have been pursuing solo projects. They are expected to reunite as BTS in 2025.
