Meghan Trainor secretly welcomes third child

Meghan Trainor has secretly welcomed her third baby via surrogate.

Returning to Instagram on Tuesday, the All About That Bass singer announced that she and her husband, Daryl Sabara, became parents to a daughter named Mikey on 18 January.

"Our baby girl Mikey Moon Trainor has finally made it to the world thanks to our incredible, superwoman surrogate," she captioned a slideshow of photos of the adorable newborn. "We are forever grateful to all the doctors, nurses, (and) teams who made this dream possible."

Meghan went on to note that she and Daryl had "endless conversations" with doctors, and it was decided that surrogacy was the "safest way" for them to expand their family.

The couple, who wed in 2018, are already parents to sons Riley, four, and Barry, two.

Elsewhere in her post, Meghan revealed that her little boys even had input on the infant's name.

"We are over the moon in love with this precious girl. Riley and Barry have been so excited, they even got to choose her middle name. We are going to enjoy our family time now, love you all," the 32-year-old added.

Following the happy news, Meghan and Daryl were inundated with messages from their celebrity friends.

"Congratulations!!!!! So happy for you, she has the best mom!" gushed Jimmy Fallon, while Khloé Kardashian exclaimed, "Congratulations beautiful family!"

And Vanessa Hudgens commented, "Cutie princess!!! So happy for you!!!"
