Burke 'flying high' at Tattoo gig

Alexandra Burke said she was "flying high" at gig at the world's largest military air show.

The X Factor winner performed at the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire.

She took to the concert stage performing a selection of her hits including Broken Heels, Don't Start Without Me and Hallelujah.

As the Saudi Hawks aerobatics display team took to the skies, the concert stage atmosphere built up with fans chanting Alexandra's name.

Before the show, the 22-year-old X Factor winner said: "I'm really looking forward to performing at the air show, particularly as it's being held in support the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust.

"I've been flying high ever since my tour, so starring at an air show makes perfect sense."

After the 40-minute set the singer stayed for a meet and greet session with competition winners.
