Jonas Brothers sing without Kevin

The Jonas Brothers have performed for one last time - without eldest brother Kevin.

Joe and Nick took to the stage at the Telehit Awards Concert in Mexico, following the trio's split in October.

Before the show, the siblings admitted to suffering stage nerves but made no mention of Kevin's absence, reported E! News.

"It's a lot of pressure. We actually didn't know that until just a couple of minutes ago," Nick told Mexican TV network Telehit.

"We were actually surprised by that. But it'll be great. The fans here are always amazing. We've played the venue before and it's always a good time."

Joe added: "I think there's always a little nervous energy when you go out on stage. I'm just excited to get out there."

According to E! News, the duo wanted to fulfil a commitment they previously made before they disbanded.

"Kevin is focusing on his business ventures. As announced earlier, the band is no longer together. However, the guys had made a commitment to Telehit and wanted to keep that commitment," a source said.

Joe and Nick hinted that there is no animosity towards their eldest brother Kevin, who is expecting his first child with wife Danielle.

"Because Kevin is obviously about to have a baby soon, we obviously want to be with him," Joe said. "We also want to be with our grandparents. Everybody's at different sides of the world. We're going to try to figure it out."
