Ja Rule's daughter Brittney Atkins has married her partner, Tevin Aitken, in a lavish Great Gatsby-themed ceremony. The rapper's daughter tied the knot at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor in New York. The wedding was attended by 250 guests and described by the couple as "1920s meets 2020s". "It is definitely a dream come true to be able to marry your best friend, someone not to just love but laugh and grow old with," Atkins told People magazine. Atkins is the oldest child of Ja Rule and his wife of 24 years, Aisha Atkins. The couple also share sons Jeffrey Jr and Jordan. Atkins "handled most of the planning" for her big day, and was drawn to her lakefront venue's grand staircase and beautiful grounds, which included cascading waterfalls and rooftop mountain views. "We honestly just wanted to make sure the room was full of love to see us showcase ours," she shared. The newlyweds first connected through a dating app several years ago. Aitken proposed on the beach in his birthplace, Jamaica, in September 2023. The couple's next chapter includes "having beautiful babies and starting a home", as Atkins says they are excited to "grow in so many aspects of life together".
