Jonas Bros ask fans for patience

The Jonas Brothers have asked fans to "bear with us" amid growing speculation that they have split up.

The three brothers - Joe, Nick and Kevin - who rose to fame on the Disney channel, have already sparked speculation they are breaking up as a band after they deleted their shared Twitter account.

Now Joe, 24, has taken to Twitter from his own account to ask fans: "Please hold while we get our s**t together."

His brother Nick, 21, wrote: "Bear with us."

Kevin, 25, whose wife is expecting a baby girl in the new year, has remained silent.

The brothers recently cancelled all their tour dates and a spokesman told People magazine: "There is a deep rift within the band. There was a big disagreement over their musical direction."
