NewsApril, 11 1D annoy football fans over US gigOne Direction have got on the wrong side of US sports fans, after an American football team had to re-arrange their pre-season games to accommodate the band. The British boyband's concert at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on August 24, coincides with the Dallas Cowboys' week three pre-season game that is traditionally played at home, s o the team have had to move things around, reported Sports Day DFW. Club officials are now discussing whether to bring their training camp forward or use another stadium, which could make them lose revenue from the ticket sales. "The team normally likes to play their first two pre-season games on the West Coast before breaking camp to return to Valley Ranch (in Irving, Texas). That's not possible this season because One Direction will perform at AT&T Stadium on Aug 24," the sports blog said. Some of the team's fans vented their disappointment on Twitter, blaming band members Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson for "f***ing up" the squad's season. The latest controversy comes after Niall got in an online row with Welsh rugby star Mike Phillips. "Mike Phillips is like a child throwing his toys out of the pram! His attitude is terrible, looks like a right arrogant idiot," the singer wrote, to which the player replied: "Come down to training in the week, big boy. And bring the rest of the Beatles with you." Meanwhile, One Direction are giving fans the chance to make their very own remix of their new song You And I, and Liam will pick his favourite mixes to play on the band's SoundCloud each week.
