Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth step out in public for first time since reconcilation

Singer Miley Cyrus and actor Liam Hemsworth have made their first public outing together since rekindling their romance.

The 23-year-old reunited with the Hunger Games star over the Christmas period (15), spending time with him and his relatives in his native Australia.

Since then, reports have stated the young couple are giving the relationship another go, after originally calling off its engagement in September 2013, but were yet to be pictured together.

However, on Friday (08Apr16), the pair were photographed arriving in the same car for dinner with his family in Los Angeles.

Miley kept her eyes covered with a pair of sunglasses and her blonde hair pulled back in a bun for the casual outing, while Liam, 26, wore jeans, a white T-shirt and blue jacket.

They were joined by Liam's brothers Luke, 35, and Chris, 32, and Luke's wife Samantha.

The gang dined at all-vegan, organic Mexican restaurant Gracias Madre in West Hollywood, California and seemed in good spirits as they left the venue.

An eyewitness told ET Online the Wrecking Ball singer seemed "happy and relaxed".

Since reuniting, the couple is believed to have moved back in together and Miley is even said to be wearing the engagement ring Liam had originally given her in June 2012.

While the couple has remained tight-lipped about its current relationship status, Thor star Chris recently appeared to give the thumbs up to his little brother getting back together with Miley.

"I'm happy if he's happy, whatever he's doing in life," he told the outlet. "I can't confirm any of that but, you know, he's smart and he's happy."
