Anastacia announces 2017 UK tour

Anastacia is to bring her 'The Ultimate Collection' tour to the UK next year.

The 'I'm Outta Love' hitmaker has turned down the 'Strictly Come Dancing' live tour to embark on a run of shows kicking off at The Anvil in Basingstoke in south central England on May 24, before wrapping up at Brighton Dome on June 11.

Talking about the run of shows, she said: "I am really looking forward to getting back on the road again. I love performing and can't wait to see all my fans' beautiful faces!"

Meanwhile, the 48-year-old singer has teased she is working on a "special project" for her fans.

Speaking on UK TV show 'Loose Women' on Tuesday (01.11.16), she said:

"I'm actually just putting out a special project for just my fans. It's top secret.

"I'm keeping a secret because I like to Santa-stacia my fans. I haven't done this kind of thing. They're pre-ordering it, they don't know the title..."

Earlier this year, the blonde beauty teased her plans to launch a VIP app with tech company SecondScreen, which will allow fans to get even closer to the star.

The blonde beauty will be more connected to her fanbase with this new app which allows fans to interact directly with unique content; sharing video and photos content, enter competitions, buy tickets and merchandise and keep up to date on all the events in 'The Ultimate Collection' tour.

Speaking about her new app, Anastacia said: "OMG I'm so excited to have my app up and running in time for the tour! This is a whole new world to me which I've spent time developing with some amazing people to give everyone who signs up a really special experience. We're going to have a lot of fun with it, I can't wait!!! Tech-Astacia's gettin' real people!"
