Usher to perform at 'over the top' Jeff Bezos wedding party

Usher is set to perform at Lauren Sanchez and Jeff Bezos' wedding party.

The wedding took place on Saturday, but the "main celebration" for the extravagant wedding will take place "on a small island" outside of Venice, US Weekly reports.

"They had the ceremony yesterday and, of course, celebrated afterwards, but tonight is the main affair where everyone's really letting loose," a source said. "This is when the party will really kick off."

Performances by Usher and DJ Cassidy are set to head up the party.

The Amazon founder, 61, and Lauren, 55, said their vows on Friday 27 June in Venice, although it had been reported the couple had already been officially married before they arrived in Italy.

The star-studded guest list included celebrities such as Orlando Bloom, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Sydney Sweeney and Oprah.

It's believed that Andrea Bocelli's son, Matteo Bocelli, performed during the ceremony procession.

Lauren wore a custom-made Dolce & Gabbana gown, which was finished with 180 hand-finished silk buttons.

"I feel like a princess," Lauren said in an interview with Vogue at her final dress fitting. "We don't have a lot of traditions that we're keeping. I mean, I love traditions, but for a 55-year-old woman, it's a little different."

However, she did carry something blue with her on the big day.

"My 'something blue' is something from my space flight (Blue Origin) because it was literally one of the most profound experiences I've ever had in my life," she said. "Seeing Earth from space, I came down and I couldn't describe it. It was the greatest experience I've ever had. Jeff said, 'It's gonna change you more than you think,' and it completely has, visually, spiritually."
