Ellie Goulding welcomes baby number two

Ellie Goulding has welcomed her second child, her first with boyfriend Beau Minniear.

The British hitmaker and her partner Beau have announced the arrival of a baby girl, months after going public with their relationship.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Ellie shared a close-up photo of the side of the newborn's head.

"On Friday (6 March) I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl," the 39-year-old confirmed in the caption. "We are totally obsessed with her."

Ellie went on to note that her daughter was born just in time for International Women's Day on 8 March.

"It was fitting that I spent International Women's Day with her and the incredible female team at St Mary's, who provided me and my baby with extraordinary care and kindness," she penned.

"I will always be in awe of midwives," the singer continued. "This addition to my family fills me with so much joy, especially as Arthur is so happy to become a big brother to this little angel."

Ellie also shared a photo of a chocolate cake decorated with the message, "Welcome baby sister."

The Love Me Like You Do singer shares a four-year-old son, Arthur, with her ex-husband Caspar Jopling. The former couple were married from 2019 to 2024.

Ellie and 28-year-old actor Beau went Instagram official in July 2025, although it is unclear when they first started dating. The singer debuted her baby bump at the Fashion Awards 2025 in December.
