Lady Gaga to restore Neverland?

Lady Gaga reportedly wants to buy a share in Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch.

The Poker Face singer is a huge fan of the late King of Pop and has set her sights on doing up his rambling home in California, which he famously decked out with its own railway, a theme park and a zoo.

She is said to be keen on buying a share of the property so she can help to restore it to its former glory.

A source told The Sun: "She's become good friends with his sister LaToya and would love more than anything else to restore Neverland to its original state."

Jackson, who died in 2009, bought Neverland in the 80s but in 2008 the investment group Sycamore Valley Ranch Company bought his 23 million dollar mortgage due to his financial issues.

The late star's children - Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket - and his mum Katherine also own a share in the ranch.

The insider went on: "His kids are all desperate to hold on to their childhood home so they can decide what they want to do with it properly when they've grown up.

"Gaga would love to help with the financial costs by buying a share."

Gaga has previously said she was a huge fan of the Thriller singer, and last month she splashed out on 55 items at an auction selling various pieces of clothing he had worn during his career.

She tweeted at the time: "The 55 pieces I collected today will be archived and expertly cared for in the spirit and love of Michael Jackson, his bravery, and fans worldwide."
