Rihanna: I owe everything to fans

Rihanna has paid tribute to her fans in the documentary, Half Of Me.

The chart-topping Diamonds songstress dedicated the short film to her supporters, who she describes as her Navy, saying that she "owes everything" to them, reported Complex.com.

"Everything that I've acquired and everything that I've accomplished, I really owe that to my fans. It's really them that made it happen so they mean a lot to me," said the 25-year-old.

"My fans, they mean everything to me, I love getting feedback from my fans. They're honest and you want to hear what they're thinking, what they think about your stuff."

Rihanna - who is an avid user of Twitter and Instagram - continued: "When I'm travelling, I can still have a relationship with my fans. I can communicate with them directly."

The 11-minute-long movie, directed by Phil Griffin for the Budweiser Presents series, follows the Umbrella star on her world tour and includes stories from some of her fans about the singer's impact on their lives.

Rihanna, who has had two MTV European Music Awards nominations, has been in Thailand shooting the music video for her next single What Now.

"The local crew here in Thailand are epic! They pulled this s*** off like it was nothing! Thank you!! #teamnosleep #whatnow," she tweeted.
