Stevie Wonder to release new albums

Stevie Wonder plans to release two albums next year, including some newly written songs, and he is working on a third.

The 63-year-old performer said that his first albums in eight years would be When The World Began and Ten Billion Hearts.

Wonder, who filed for divorce last year, said the new music was inspired by "family, change, growth, heartbreaks".

He is also hoping to fulfil a promise to his mother Lula, who died in 2006, by recording a gospel album in her memory.

First, though, Wonder will celebrate one of his most acclaimed albums. He will perform Songs In The Key Of Life in its entirety for the first time on December 21.

The Los Angeles concert will benefit his House Full Of Toys charity.
