Taylor Swift 'felt violated' after DJ allegedly groped her

Taylor Swift "felt violated" after allegedly being groped by a former radio show host.

The Shake It Off star is currently fighting legal action from David Mueller, who claims he lost his job at Denver's KYGO station after Taylor falsely accused him of touching her bottom backstage during a meet-and-greet at a 2013 concert in the city.

The 26-year-old singer countersued for sexual assault and battery in October, 2015, and asked for a jury trial to resolve the matter.

On Friday (21Oct16), a judge decided to prevent a photograph of the alleged assault taking place from being made public, and the images were sealed.

However, the judge denied Swift's request to withhold other evidence in the case, and Billboard.com obtained the transcript of her videotaped deposition about the incident from July this year (16).

In it, the singer is asked to recount the incident in detail several times. "Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my a** cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there," she said. "It was completely intentional, I've never been so sure of anything in my life."

Swift also recalled how terrified she was after the alleged assault, and said she was in shock. "I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before," she explained.

"A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you’re thanking people for coming, you’re supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned," she added.

A representative for Swift has yet to comment on the report.
