Nicole Scherzinger has revealed she once found Prince hiding in a bush.

The former Pussycat Doll spotted the pop legend lurking in Las Vegas vegetation as she and her friends were preparing to watch him in concert.

Describing Prince (full name Prince Rogers Nelson), who died of an overdose in 2016, as "my mentor, my friend and my brother," Nicole, 47, explained she and her pals had been excited to watch the singer on stage that evening.

"So, he's got a show in Vegas, and I'm bringing my girlfriends, okay? And we're super excited to see the show and to see him perform and support him," Nicole, 47, told Hot Ones host Sean Evans.

"Me and my girlfriends are like, 'This is awesome, the sun is shining, we get to see Prince tonight in concert, it's gonna be magical.' And me and my friends are talking, and then we hear a 'Psst. Psst!'"

Bizarrely, the musician had concealed himself behind some greenery.

"We see this bush kind of moving," Nicole recalled. "And we hear, 'Psst, psst!' And I'll be damned, Prince was hiding behind the bush trying to get my attention. I don't know why!"

She added the incident took place in broad daylight.

"It was, like, noon," Nicole explained, noting that Prince had been "fully dressed" and "looked amazing."

"Just Prince-ing it up," she quipped. "Heels and all."
