NewsApril, 24 Liam Gallagher's singing voice rantLiam Gallagher has said he's fed up with people saying he can't sing. The Beady Eye frontman said his band has chosen a different sound on their latest album, Be, to prove his critics wrong. The Sun quoted the tempestuous star as saying: "I'm sick of f****** idiots saying I can't sing, you know what I mean? "So I thought f*** this, no effects, none of that double tracking as much. "Let's get in there bare, this is how I sound, man. This is how my voice sounds so hopefully people will like it and get off my back." The former Oasis star added: "It's how I sound round the house or on the back of a camel or whatever." Be is the follow up to 2011 Beady Eye record Different Gear, Still Speeding. Meanwhile, Liam's estranged brother Noel has enjoyed success with Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, with his debut album reaching number one in the UK charts.
