Leto plans to take mum on tour

Jared Leto's mum has already been his Oscar date, but now the star is planning to take her on tour with his band 30 Seconds To Mars.

The Best Supporting Actor Oscar winner told Access Hollywood he planned to add another member of the Leto family to the tour bus by inviting mum Constance along with his bandmate and brother Shannon and the rest of the group.

According to the Daily Mirror, he said: "My mom, she's coming on the road."

Jared also revealed that things aren't particularly rock 'n' roll on the 30 Seconds To Mars tours.

He said: "When you're on tour, you learn quickly how to take care of yourself.

"Our tour bus is pretty quiet, pretty simple, filled with some vegan butter and almond milk. So it's not the sex, drugs, rock 'n' roll."

The Dallas Buyers Club star paid tribute to his mum in his Oscars acceptance speech, talking about how she had struggled to make a better life for his family and saying: "Thank you for teaching me to dream."
