Kings of Leon unveil O My Beloved and 2027 tour

Kings of Leon have shared their tenth studio album, O My Beloved, which arrives today through Love Tap Records with distribution handled by Virgin Music. It is the first full-length the band has produced entirely on their own, and its 13 songs find Caleb, Nathan, Jared and Matthew Followill looking at family, gratitude and the road that has shaped their career.

Where recent records leaned into a wide, expansive sound, O My Beloved pulls things back toward the rough, unvarnished feel of the group's early days in Nashville. Listeners will recognise a few tracks that came out ahead of the album, among them the lead single My Whole World, Cold Blue Dawn and KOYSAR (Kick Off Your Shoes and Run).

Alongside the release, the multi-platinum rockers have lined up a 30-city North American tour for 2027, produced by Live Nation. It opens on May 8 in Bristow, VA and takes in major venues across the U.S. and Canada, among them Toronto's RBC Amphitheatre, Red Rocks Amphitheatre and New York's Madison Square Garden. Band of Horses and Dexter and The Moonrocks will appear as special guests on selected dates.

General sale begins Friday, November 13 at 9:00 AM local time through the band's official website, with presales opening earlier that week. After an exclusive reveal on CBS Mornings, the band will play two new songs tomorrow on CBS Saturday Morning.

Since their 2003 debut, Kings of Leon have moved more than 20 million albums and close to 40 million singles around the world, collecting four Grammy Awards and two Brit Awards along the way.
