Sofía Vergara and Dan Reynolds fuel dating rumours

Sofía Vergara and Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds set tongues wagging over the weekend after they were photographed holding hands at what looked like a dinner date.

The pair were dining at Cipriani in Beverly Hills, California, and in pictures from the evening Reynolds is seen reaching across the table to hold Vergara's hand.

They weren't on their own, though. Makeup entrepreneur Anastasia Soare and a male friend who has not been identified were at the table too.

The group reportedly slipped out through the restaurant's back door at about 12:30 am.

The outing comes shortly after Reynolds and actress Minka Kelly called time on a relationship that had lasted four years. Kelly, known for Ransom Canyon, posted a reflective message on Instagram about letting go and moving forward.

She wrote that people who feel like soulmates or partners of destiny can enter your life and change it, and that the point isn't to cling to them but to understand what they brought you. She described such people and situations as a gift and as steps in your own growth.

Vergara, meanwhile, has been making headlines of her own over her ex-husband, Joe Manganiello. In his memoir Bloodlines, he claimed she declined to hug him while he was ill with an autoimmune disease.

Her 35-year-old son, Manolo, responded with a post about coping with a narcissist, writing that no amount of effort ever satisfies such a person and that they will always find a way to cast you as the villain.
