Kelly Clarkson Bids Farewell to Her Talk Show

Kelly Clarkson has officially wrapped up her daytime talk show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, with the final episode airing on Monday. The show, which earned a Daytime Emmy, concluded after seven seasons.

For the last show, Clarkson's children, River and Remington, joined her on stage. The episode featured a special Kellyoke performance of Golden by KPop Demon Hunters. After years of covering other artists' songs in the segment, Clarkson also performed two of her own hits, Since U Been Gone and Stronger.

Reflecting on the show's journey, Clarkson told the audience, "From the very first episode, music has been a cornerstone of this show. We've done over a thousand Kellyokes, talked with hundreds of guests about songs that inspire their work and about everyday people who have the power of music to transform their lives and the lives of those in their communities."

Her children also shared their favorite memories. River said, "I like watching you shine every single day," while Remington added, "I liked talking to Jason Momoa and singing My Way with the band."

Clarkson announced in February that she would be leaving the show following the death of her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, after a three-year battle with cancer. In a statement at the time, she said, "This was not an easy decision, but this season will be my last hosting TKCS. Stepping away from the daily schedule will allow me to prioritise my kids, which feels necessary and right for this next chapter of our lives. This isn't goodbye."
