Olivia Dean Marks One Year of The Art of Loving

Olivia Dean is marking the first birthday of her second studio album, The Art of Loving, a record that has spent the past twelve months rewriting UK chart history and picking up double-platinum certification around the world.

The twelve-track album arrived on 26 September 2025 through Capitol Records and was produced with Zach Nahome. It went on to become the longest-running number-one album by a British female artist this decade. Dean also became the first British woman to top the UK Singles and Albums Charts at the same time, thanks to the album's lead single, Man I Need.

Two limited vinyl pressings have been released to celebrate the anniversary: a half-speed master 180g silver edition and a pink LP available only through retail.

Since its release, The Art of Loving has racked up more than 11 billion global streams and over 6.5 million adjusted unit sales worldwide. It entered the US Billboard 200 at number three and hit number one in Australia, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands and New Zealand. The year also brought a string of awards: Best New Artist at the 2026 Grammys, four BRIT Awards including Album of the Year and Artist of the Year, three MOBO Awards, and a Mercury Prize nomination.

Man I Need is currently the biggest UK single of 2026, while Rein Me In, her duet with Sam Fender, logged 23 non-consecutive weeks at number one on the UK Singles Chart, a new record for the longest-running UK number-one single in chart history.

A major world arena tour across Europe, North America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand accompanied the album. The run included six sold-out nights at London's O2 Arena, four sold-out shows at New York's Madison Square Garden and two upgraded outdoor dates at Marlay Park in Dublin.

The anniversary vinyl editions of The Art of Loving are on sale now through official retail channels.
