Oasis Premieres Documentary in London

The UK premiere of Oasis’ documentary feature Don’t Look Back In Anger took place in London, with Liam Gallagher and Noel Gallagher reuniting alongside creator Steven Knight and directors Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace.

Held at Cineworld Leicester Square, the red carpet event drew band members Bonehead, Gem Archer, Andy Bell, Mike Moore, and Christian Madden, as well as friends, family, and notable figures from music, sports, and entertainment, including Johnny Marr, Bobby Gillespie, Sienna Miller, and Jack Grealish. Simultaneous fan screenings were hosted at the Odeon Trafford Centre in Manchester and Cineworld in Dublin.

Produced by Magna Studios and presented by Sony Music Vision, the documentary chronicles the band’s reunion tour, Oasis Live ‘25. Written by Oscar-nominated Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders) and directed by the duo behind Meet Me in the Bathroom, the film offers an inside look at one of the biggest rock ’n’ roll comebacks in recent history.

The feature captures the preparation, rehearsals, and emotional weight behind the stadium run, blending backstage footage with performance access. Notably, it includes the first joint on-camera interviews with Liam Gallagher and Noel Gallagher in over twenty years, exploring their artistic partnership, family dynamics, and the global cultural impact of their catalogue across generations.

Behind the camera, the production boasts an industry-leading technical team, including Oscar-winning sound mixers James Mather (Top Gun: Maverick) and Tarn Willers (The Zone of Interest), alongside cinematographer Haris Zambarloukos (Belfast).

Don’t Look Back In Anger opens in select UK cinemas and IMAX locations on 9 September 2026, ahead of its exclusive streaming release on Disney+ internationally and Hulu.
