Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein spark romance talk

Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein have set tongues wagging once more about a possible romance.

The two were seen turning up at a Los Angeles party thrown by talent manager Cade Hudson, and later leaving it. They travelled in the same car, yet made their entrances apart: Lopez came in with her manager of many years, Benny Medina, while Goldstein arrived on his own.

The pair appeared together in this summer's Netflix romantic comedy Office Romance. They have said before that they are not an item, though the Ted Lasso star has been open about his admiration for Lopez.

On a July 2018 edition of his podcast Films To Be Buried With, he raved about her performance in Hustlers. "F**king hell, 50!" he said of her age at the time. "She's 50. I love her."

He went on to mention a scene in which one of Lopez's co-stars hugs her while she is wearing a fur coat. "I've never wanted to be cuddled more. That is one of the best cuddles," he said. "Give me one of your special cuddles."

While out promoting the film, the two addressed the speculation in an interview on the US news programme Today. Lopez remarked that whenever she is seen with someone or works alongside them, people always try to pair her off with that person. Goldstein added, "I think if you stand near her, that's what happens."

Asked by Savannah Guthrie whether they were dating in real life, Lopez replied, "Not dating," and Goldstein agreed: "Correct."
